At Ormirela, we understand that you may need to cancel or change an order after placing it. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before submitting a request.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at donnaandrews2719@outlook.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipping preparation, we may not be able to cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Timeframe
We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to request a cancellation. While we will do our best to assist you, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

Change of Order Information
If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, or product selection, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.
Ormirela is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will receive a tracking email after dispatch. If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
After shipment, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days, depending on your location and local carrier service. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may contact us to request a return according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be declined and the order will continue to be delivered.
